A great Middle Eastern dish making the most of aubergines. Char grilling the aubergines is really important, you want a deep smoky taste to the dip.

I first had this in Rome it is fantastic, the literal translation of saltimbocca is jump in the mouth' and this dish certainly does.

A beautifully fragrant bread. Wonderful as an accompaniment to cheese or as the base of a tasty stuffing. Can be made by hand or a bread maker.

I'm absolutely crazy about Greek yogurt, (0% Fat as I'm trying to loose my baby weight). This is a much lighter version of the classic cream based fool.
